Westminster Village in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 96-bed health center. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and document residents' medical records in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.

The position is full-time on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with every other weekend and some holidays. Wage is $30.91–$32.91 per hour, with union eligibility and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program in good standing.
• Current Illinois LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and assist with therapies.
• Perform admissions, assessments, and document resident medical records.
• Participate in care planning and maintain accurate care plans.
• Observe infection control measures and protect patient confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies and assist physicians as needed.
