Job summary
Larksfield Place Retirement Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Health Care Center 2nd Shift. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate resident care with CNAs/CMAs, and ensure accurate documentation within the EMR.

Qualifications
- Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
- CPR certification required; IV certification preferred with additional pay.
- Previous hands-on nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per individualized resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team.
