Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a $2500 sign-on bonus. We offer full-time and part-time positions across day, evening, and night shifts, plus a daily pay option and a supportive team environment.

Pay ranges from $28 to $33 per hour depending on experience and shift, with benefits including 401(k) with match, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, overtime opportunities, and generous shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in PA.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care for at least 6 months.
• CPR certification.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and committed to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
