Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide direct care to residents.

Full-time and part-time shifts available including day, evening and night with a $2500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay and a strong, supportive work environment.

Formación

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA.
• 6+ months experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
• CPR Certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and committed to high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound, catheter care, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other healthcare team members.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, or healthcare setting for at least 6 months.

• CPR Certification

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pre-Hire Requirements

• Current physical examination completed within the past 2 years

• Completed PPD/TB test

• Current CPR certification required

• Completed background check

• Current nursing license
