Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit senior care provider, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its GSS NE Albion facility. This full-time night-shift role requires nursing care under supervision, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Associate degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision.
• Perform testing and administer medications per plan.
• Contribute to resident assessment and care planning.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other staff as part of the care team.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
