Always Compassionate Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate home care for pediatric and adult clients on Long Island, covering Nassau and Suffolk counties. Pay is $35/hour, with per diem scheduling options and a supportive team.

Candidates must hold a NY LPN license, have at least 6 months of experience, and maintain BLS. Additional requirements include recent physicals, QuantiFERON, and MMR titers.

Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license.
• 6+ months of experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Physical exam within the past year.
• QuantiFERON within the past year.
• MMR Titers within the past ten years.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly.
• Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity.

Pay:

• $35/hour - paid every Friday’s
