Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes in New York. Competitive pay: $45/hour for RN/LPN with flexible scheduling and immediate openings.

As a home care nurse, you will administer medications, manage G-tube/PEG and tracheostomy care when needed, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN or RN license.
• Minimum of 6 months of home care experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
• Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.
