Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and regulations.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and changes in condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Perform nursing assessments and report significant changes to the RN or healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and doctors.

Job Summary:

Tryfacta is seeking a LPN for our client in Westbrook, ME 04092. This is a 14-week contract assignment.

Position Title: LPN

Location: Westbrook, ME 04092

Duration: 14 weeks

Work Schedule: 3rd Shift / Nights (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay rate: 45$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to applicable regulations
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform nursing assessments and report significant changes in residents' conditions to the RN or appropriate healthcare provider
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies at all times
• Respond appropriately to residents' needs and emergencies
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing interventions are provided safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
