Job summary

Tryfacta, Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our client in Bronx, NY 10461-2723. This is a 105-week contract assignment with Day, Night and Evening shifts and pay rate of $35-$38/hr on W2.

Location: Bronx, NY 10461-2723. Duration: 105 weeks. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient care, safety checks, and detailed documentation in EMRs while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license issued by the NYS Education Department.
• Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies.
• Successful completion of all required background and screening processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide an I-9 for verification.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and specimen collection.
• Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs.
• Provision of nursing treatments.
• Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms.
• Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety.

Work Schedule: Day – 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Night – 11:45 PM–7:45 AM Evening – 3:55 PM–11:55 PM

Pay rate: $35 - $38/hr on W2
