Job summary

Tryfacta, Inc. seeks a School LVN/LPN for a contracted 42-week assignment in Spanaway, WA 98387. Schedule is 5 days a week, 7 hours daily, with 35 hours on site and a pay rate of 40–47 USD per hour.

The role provides direct nursing care to medically fragile students, administers medications, and collaborates with teachers and healthcare providers. LPN/LVN license in WA and BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN/LVN license required.
• Pediatric, school, or special education experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile students.

• Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records.

Job Summary:

Tryfacta is seeking a School LVN / LPN for our client in Spanaway, WA 98387. This is a 42-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested.

Position Title: School LVN / LPN

Location: Spanaway, WA 98387

Duration: 42 weeks (Possible extension)

Work Schedule: Day 5x7-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)

Hours: 35

Pay rate: 40-47$/hr.
