Wellbound Certified Home Health Agency is seeking a dedicated Field Nurse to deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes and assisted living facilities across New York. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, compassionate health services tailored to each patient.

The role requires NY RN licensure, strong communication, and the ability to travel between patient homes.

Formación

• Valid nursing license in the state of New York.
• Experience in home health care or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while traveling between patient homes.
• Experience working with children and understanding their unique healthcare needs is highly desirable.
