You will administer medications, perform wound care and insulin injections, and monitor health, adapting plans as conditions

In this role, you will provide compassionate and proactive nursing care to our patients in the assisted living facility, ensuring they receive the highest standard of health services tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their assisted living facility, focusing on both clinical and functional needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Educate patients and families on health management and self-care techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on evolving health conditions.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of New York.
