Job summary

Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in Patchogue, New York seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN will work with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on geriatric needs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program or a State Approved Vocational Program.
• Ability to provide leadership and supervision to subordinate personnel.
• Genuine interest in gerontology and understanding of geriatric needs.
• Successful completion of pre-employment health screening and background check.
• CPR certification.
