Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Expertise: Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.

• Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of New York.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
