Atlas Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts include part-time 6am-6pm, part-time 6pm-6am, and PRN 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, offering a flexible schedule and meaningful resident care.
You'll provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments to support high-quality patient outcomes. CO RN license required; prior post-acute or SNF experience is a plus.
