Job summary

Allegria Nursing & RehabilitationCenter of Port Jefferson is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening and overnight care teams. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and supervise CNAs while coordinating with medical staff.

A valid New York State LPN license is required; CPR certification is preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, full-time benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Valid New York State license as an LPN (Required).
• Current CPR certification (Preferred).
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility (Preferred).
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

We are actively hiring compassionateLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) care team.

Position Overview

LPNs play essential roles in the care of our residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supervising CNAs, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Shifts Available

• Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Full-Time | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities
