Job summary

Avalon Rehabilitation & Care Center in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our caring team in long-term care. We welcome seasoned LPNs and new graduates, with shifts primarily 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM, and a culture that feels like family.

As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care per care plans, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and provide emotional support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Heart for elder care and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care per care plans.

What You’ll Do as Licensed Practical Nurse:
