Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, change dressings, and collect specimens.
• Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Monitor and report any change in resident condition to the care team.
• Record and update patient history accurately and timely.
• Encourage social interaction to support emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Foster a safe, thriving environment for residents.
