Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our full-time team.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.

• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
