Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions in a 44-bed setting.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding resident outcomes, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation. This PRN role requires SC licensure, CPR, and strong communication skills to support a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and the team.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
