Job summary
Squirrel Hill Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, Baylor program, and flexible full-time or part-time roles to support residents' needs.
You’ll administer medications, assess residents, and collaborate with doctors, therapists, CNAs, and the care team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a diverse community setting.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Compassionate and dependable with a patient-centered approach.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication.
- Pride in delivering exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term and rehabilitation services.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Assess residents and report changes in condition.

- Starting Pay: $28.50–$34.10/hour based on experience
- Additional Shift Differentials for evenings and nights
- Baylor Program – Work 32 hours and get paid for 40
- Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
- 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts Available
- Every Other Weekend Off
