Job summary

Squirrel Hill Wellness & Rehabilitation Center, located just 5 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team and grow professionally. Starting pay is $18.50–$22.10/hour with shift differentials; union position; Daily Pay; both full-time and part-time roles; Baylor Weekend Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and activities of daily living.
• Safely assist with transfers and mobility.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver quality care.

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Every other weekend required

What You'll Do

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and other activities of daily living

Safely assist with transfers and mobility

Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team

Maintain accurate documentation

Work alongside nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care

Help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every resident

What We’re Looking For

Current Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
