As an LPN with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our nursing staff
Assisting with wound care and other medical procedures as needed
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing compassionate support to our residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments, including medication administration and vital signs
