Merakey is seeking a PRN LPN Nurse for the LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA. This on-site, on-call role offers hourly pay and involvement with residents who have mental illness.

The LPN will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate residents on healthy living and medication use. Qualifications include an accredited LPN program and current PA license; 2+ years nursing experience, including mental health and medical facility exposure, are preferred.

• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Pa.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year of mental health nursing preferred.
• 1 year in a medical facility preferred.
