Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an LPN to join Elison Assisted Living of Oxford in Oxford, MS. This part-time, PRN role focuses on high-quality care for senior residents and supporting their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, monitoring health needs, and following care plans while adhering to safety and infection control standards. A current LPN license in Mississippi is required, with prior assisted living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN in the employment state.
• 1+ year experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Patience and compassion in caring for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe resident care services.
• Promote resident health by assisting and teaching about medical care.
• Follow Assisted Living policies and procedures.
• Provide personal care as per the service plan for each resident.
• Observe resident conditions and report to the Resident Services Coordinator.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
