The LPN will follow care plans, monitor health, assist with daily activities, and maintain strict safety and infection-control standards within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the applicable state.
• 1+ year experience as an LPN in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Familiar with drug actions and interactions; ability to assess residents.

What does a LPN at Sagora do?

What do you need to be a LPN?

• Current license as an LPN in state where being employed1 or more years’ experience as an LPNin an Assisted Living or Memory Care communityMust be familiar with drug actions and interactions and possess accurate and comprehensive assessment skillsPatience and courtesy in dealing with residents and familiesDesire to work with seniors to maintain the optimum level of functionDecision making and communication skillsAbility to assist with transfer of residents regardless of body weight without endangering the resident, self, or other associatesMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English
