Job summary

Unify Health Services seeks an Industrial Medical Provider for an on-site, PRN role in Tomahawk, WI. Join a team caring for industrial athletes in a large manufacturing setting. Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 AM, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays.

The role emphasizes on-site patient care, vaccines, screenings, and emergency equipment use, within OSHA guidelines. Prior experience in occupational health is preferred.

Qualifications

• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN certification/licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.
• Design and lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies.
• Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention and fitness programs.
• Facilitate group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions.
• Develop and promote wellness initiatives and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness.
• Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success.

About the Role

Unify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionals—EMTs, LPNs, Paramedics, and RNs to join our team of healthcare innovators. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of industrial athletes in a dynamic, on-site setting.

This PRN position (hours not guaranteed) is based in Tomahawk, with potential shifts available Monday through Thursday, 5 AM to 1:30 AM (10-hour shifts), and occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays.

Work Environment

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
