Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a hospitality-focused RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care provided by staff. This role emphasizes a warm, hospitality-driven environment for seniors in Mokena, IL.

Shifts available: FT day nurse 7:00 am-7:30 pm and FT night nurse 7:00 pm-7:30 am. Benefits include health insurance, discounted meals, flexible schedule, and PTO for staff and residents alike.

Formación

• BLS certification required for nursing care.
• Current RN or LPN licensure is mandatory.
• CPR certification required at all times.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise care staff.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to Health Services on conditions and supplies.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Clarendale of Mokena is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Shifts available: FT day nurse 7:00 am-7:30 pm and FT Night nurse 7:00 pm-7:30 am

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN or LPN (Required)
• Current CPR card (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

Salary: $34.00 per hour

• Mokena, IL 60448: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
