Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will work with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents and support recovery efforts.

The role involves coordinating medical appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with MAT protocols while providing compassionate care. We offer a competitive salary, full benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment.
  • Comfortable working independently with the population when needed.
  • Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for psychological testing and medical visits.
  • Maintain and update medical records and client documentation.
  • Assist with transporting clients to appointments.
  • Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
  • Manage medical charts for prescribed and non-prescribed medications.
  • Assist DON in purchasing medical supplies.
  • Monitor detoxification clients and respond to symptoms.

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment
  • Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
  • Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor's appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
  • Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
  • Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.
  • Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
  • Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
  • Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.
  • Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
