Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our residents in a safe, therapeutic environment dedicated to long-term recovery. You will work with the Director of Nursing to maintain daily routines and quality care.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, updating medical records, transporting clients as needed, and monitoring detoxification with prompt medical responses.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to work independently with residents.
• Compliance with MAT program protocols.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients (psychological testing, doctor’s, dental, eye).
• Maintain and update medical records for clients.
• Assist in transporting clients to appointments as needed.
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
• Manage medical charts for medications (prescribed and non-prescribed).
• Assist DON with purchasing medical supplies.
• Monitor detoxification patients and respond to symptoms.

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment
• Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
• Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor’s appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
• Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
• Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
• Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
• Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.
• Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
