Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Indiana. You will work with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents and support long-term recovery.

You will schedule appointments, manage medical records, and coordinate with community providers while upholding MAT protocols. The role offers a full benefits package, PTO, 401(k) match, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana.
• Capable of working independently with residents.
• Familiar with MAT protocols and treatment guidelines.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients, including medical and therapeutic services.
• Maintain and update medical records and documentation for clients.
• Assist in transporting clients to necessary appointments as needed.
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel and external providers.
• Manage medical charts for prescribed and non-prescribed medications.
• Assist DON with procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor detoxification clients and respond to adverse symptoms as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities; benefit from STAR LRP and tuition scholarships.

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment
• Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
• Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor’s appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
• Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
• Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
• Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
• Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.
• Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
