Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Martinsville, Indiana is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team and help maintain a therapeutic environment for residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Executive Director.

You will schedule appointments, maintain medical records, assist with patient transport, and coordinate with community medical personnel. Benefits include 18 days PTO, 401k with company match, and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment.
• Comfortable working independently with the population when needed.
• Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor’s appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
• Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
• Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.
• Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
• Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
• Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.
• Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
