Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Leslie, MI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. This role requires current LPN/LVN license in the state and involves duties with gastrostomy, tracheostomy and ventilator support as needed.

You will work with the nursing team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, receive competitive pay with weekly checks, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, HSA, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice is required.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year prior professional nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
