Job summary

Winding Trails Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a dedicated LPN for a full-time night shift (6pm-6am) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services, supervise nurse assistants, handle medications and treatments, and contribute to a compassionate, resident‑centered environment.

Requirements include a current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification; a background check is required. SNF/LTC experience is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit.
• May supervise nurse assistants, perform medication passes and treatments.
