Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is hiring part-time and PRN Registered Nurses to join a team focused on patient-centered care for residents in our skilled nursing facility.

RNs provide nursing services, may supervise CNAs, and participate in medications and treatments. Competitive pay, full-time benefits are available for eligible positions, with emphasis on growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.
