Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Life Plan Community. The role offers starting pay of $21/hour with experience pay and a $2 shift differential for evenings and a $3 differential for weekends, with additional staffing benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health is required.
• Must be on the Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire and remain in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Provide proper documentation of resident care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to Charge Nurse and leadership.

Your Responsibilities:
