Job summary

Greenwood Village South, a Life Plan Community in Greenwood, IN, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents across assisted living, memory care, and rehab services. The role offers part-time evenings and nights, with start pay of $19/hour plus experience pay, plus shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health.
• Requires name on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Provide proper documentation of resident care.
• Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• Part-time Evenings: 3pm-11pm, 1-2 weekdays and every other weekend
• Par-time Evenings: 3pm-11pm, includes every other weekend and Mondays day shift
• Part-time Nights: 11pm-7am, 1 weeknight and every other Friday and Saturday
