Clement Manor is a faith-based community providing independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care. We are seeking a dedicated LPN for the 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) on a full-time 64hrs bi-weekly schedule to deliver high-quality nursing care and support our residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in the state of Wisconsin.
• Passion for providing quality, person centered care.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus.

• Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
