Job summary

Clement Manor is a faith-based community offering independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care. We seek compassionate CNAs to assist residents with daily living activities and provide companionship, supporting enrichment programs and wellness initiatives on campus.

We operate 1st shift (6:45am-3:15pm) and 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Equal opportunity employer; benefits and care-driven culture follow the mission of the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Wisconsin CNA license.
• Demonstrates compassion and a heart for senior care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to residents’ needs in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with health care team by monitoring residents' health and reporting concerns.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Uphold dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions.

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants who are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference. These certified nursing assistants will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, offer support during enrichment programs, and provide companionship.

1st Shift - Full Time (6:45am-3:15pm)

2nd Shift - Full Time (2:45pm-11:15pm)

These positions require a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

What you’ll do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship and encourage residents to participate in wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with the health care team by monitoring residents health and reporting concerns
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Uphold dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions

What we are looking for:

• Certified Nursing Assistant license valid in the state of Wisconsin
• A heart for senior care and passion for enriching lives
• Strong communication and teamwork/collaborative skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and adapt to residents’ needs
• Prior experience in a senior living, rehabilitation, or enrichment-focused setting is a plus!
• Shift differentials for 2 nd & 3 rd shift
