Maxim Healthcare in Gobles, MI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Full/part time available. Salary: $30 - $35 / hour. Maxim offers competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan for caregivers providing skilled in-home nursing services.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Conocimientos

LPN/LVN license

BLS certification

TB test/Chest X-ray

1 year nursing experience (preferred)
