Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. seeks an LPN for a PRN role at our five‑star senior living facility in Erie, PA. Earn up to $29.28/hr with a $3/hr PRN premium, and be eligible for a shift differential depending on schedule.

Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, documenting progress notes, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with the care plan team to address residents' physical, social, nutritional, and activity needs. PA LPN license, CPR/First Aid required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license and CPR/First Aid.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes reflecting resident care.
• Report discrepancies to nurse manager and handle narcotic disposal procedures.

Job Description

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
• Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
• Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors
