Job summary

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses to join our caring and supportive nursing team in Washington. If you’re passionate about resident care and enjoy a collaborative workplace, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll provide skilled nursing care per physician orders, administer medications, assess residents, document clearly, supervise CNAs, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Washington.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes to the nursing team and physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families.
