Job summary

South Creek Post Acute in Washington state is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care under supervision, administering medications, and monitoring residents' health during evening shifts on Sundays and Mondays.

You will collaborate with RNs and physicians, document changes promptly, and contribute to individualized care plans.

Pay: $29-$43 per hour
