Job summary

The Avenue at Brooklyn is seeking compassionate Charge Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide direct nursing care in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver quality, patient-centered care in a facility with private suites and a hotel-like atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
