Job summary

Progressive Quality Care is seeking compassionate Charge Nurses to join The Avenue at Brooklyn, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility offering private suites and a hotel-like atmosphere.

Licensed LPN or RN with CPR certification and a commitment to personalized resident care will deliver nursing services, supervise assistants, and participate in care planning, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
