Qualifications

• Must hold a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents and patients under supervision of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and according to established protocols.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident or patient.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop effective treatment strategies.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.
