Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Shifts include PT Days 7am-7:30pm, PT Nights 7pm-7:30am, and PRN as needed. Wages range from $29.00 to $30.00 per hour, with shift differentials offered. EEO Employer.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and promote independent life-style of residents.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with nursing standards and policies.
• Coordinate and ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services with other disciplines.

Job description

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Positions Hours: PT Days 7am-7:30pm

PT Nights 7pm- 7:30am

PRN (As Needed) - Working 1 shift per month, 2 Major holidays, Maintaining training compliance.

Position Wages : $29.00 - $30.00, plus shift differentials.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
