Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to deliver direct nursing care and supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. The role includes shifts PT 7am-7:30pm and PRN coverage, with wages from $29.00 to $30.00 plus shift differentials.

Responsibilities include ADL support, care plan development, daily reporting to the Health Services Director, and coordination with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in the state of Ohio.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies and on-call needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify medical and behavioral changes and develop/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about conditions and needs.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and ensure preventive/therapeutic services.

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Positions Hours: PT Days 7am-7:30pm

PRN (As Needed) - Working 1 shift per month, 2 Major holidays, Maintaining training compliance.

Position Wages : $29.00 - $30.00, plus shift differentials.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
