Job summary

Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN to join our hospitality-focused team. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health changes, and report to the Director of Health Services.

The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with the health team. The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, with 1+ year experience in a skilled facility preferred, and must be prepared for emergencies.

• LPN license active in the state where work is performed.
• At least 1 year experience in a skilled facility is preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and coordinate care.

Pay Range: $32 - $35 (plus shift differential), dependent on credentials and experience.

Hours: 7am-7pm - 12 hours, FT Day Shift

Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Full-Time LPN to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

• Current nursing license valid in state worked
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• At least one (1) year experience in skilled facility preferred
