Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer to authorize Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans within Outpatient Community Services. The role involves clinical oversight, risk assessment, crisis intervention collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements include LCPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure and a master's degree in a behavioral health field, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess and diagnose.

Responsibilities

• Serves as LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provides clinical feedback to clinicians to support medical necessity and diagnosis.
• Completes risk assessments and safety planning steps.
• Ensures completion of screening and assessment tools for treatment planning.
• Documents activities related to IATP review and authorization.
• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment needs.
